Everything you wanted to know but were too shy to ask
To increase reliability, the station undergoes a multi-level test after production and before sale:
- Testing on a test bench, simulation of all abnormal modes and testing of protections;
- Maximum current test - charging the car for 30 minutes;
- Vibration test during full current charge;
- Monitoring of heating with a thermal imaging camera under load (detection of potential malfunctions in the future);
- Continuous unloaded run in charging mode for a minimum of 100 hours;
- Sealing and pre-sale inspection;
- The final test on the car.
All charging stations are equipped with multi-level protection systems. The device will stop or limit the supply of electric current in case of
1. Lack of grounding;
1. Electric current leakage of more than 30 mA;
3. Overcurrent by 25% (intelligent fuse);
3. The mains voltage exceeds 265V;
5. The station complies with the IEC-61851 standard.
All devices on our platform, in addition to the main communication channel with the power system provider, have additional service channels that provide automatic software updates of the platform itself and the operating system, and a flexible configurator of station settings without physical access to them allows you to comfortably perform fine-tuning for any task.
The status of the station can be observed on the large display, which allows you to see the information perfectly both in the evening and in direct sunlight. The built-in contactless card reader allows user authorisation and access to charging. LAN and 3G/GPRS interfaces are used to communicate with the operator.
The stations are constructed as monoblocks. A two-level sealing system provides reliable protection against adverse weather conditions, and modular solutions allow us to meet a wide variety of requirements for the configuration of our product. Connection to the AC mains is provided without access to the main unit and is made under a protective cover in the form of a five-pin terminal block, which provides for the connection of a cable with a cross-section of up to 16 mm2.
The vandal-resistant housing is made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal and coated with weatherproof powder enamel.
