    Due to the significant increase in market electricity tariffs for commercial consumers and the rise in the cost of a kWh in winter, ECOFACTOR is introducing special conditions in its billing system.

    ECOFACTOR operators can voluntarily connect to the "Support" tariff - 5% in billing (+1.5% acquiring) - without reference to the type or capacity of charging stations.

    The aim of this initiative is to partially offset the impact of the sharp rise in the cost of electricity per kWh, reduce the operational burden on charging station owners and give them more flexibility in setting final tariffs for users during periods of higher prices.

    This decision is not a marketing campaign. It is a temporary stabilisation mechanism to support charging station owners during the peak winter electricity tariffs.

    Period of validity

    The Support programme is valid until the last calendar day of winter, 28 February 2026.

    Conditions of use

    The programme cannot be combined with other special packages and programmes, including 0% Billing and the Bonus Fund.
    In case of activation of other special conditions, only one tariff mechanism is applied in accordance with the rules of the ECOFACTOR billing system.

    Connection conditions

    Connection to the Opora programme is carried out by contacting the ECOFACTOR support service. After the request is confirmed, the appropriate settings are applied directly in the ECOFACTOR billing system. Please contact the support service at Viber, Telegram or in WhatsApp
