1. Safety and use of the equipment
Check the equipment before charging
- Before connecting an electric vehicle, check the condition of the cables, connectors and charging station.
- The charging station parameters (AC and DC) are indicated on the charging station screen and are available in the ECOFACTOR Network mobile application.

- Before you start charging, be sure to set the appropriate filters (filter icon in the mobile app) so that only charging stations with ports suitable for your vehicle are displayed on the map. Pay attention to the colour of the charging station icon in the mobile app: grey means that the charging station is temporarily out of service. This will help you avoid unnecessary journeys.
- Do not use the equipment if any damage or cracks are found.
- If you use an adapter, make sure that it complies with the charging session parameters.
- Do not connect the charging cable to charging station ports that have the status "Repair", "Unavailable" or "Standby" (if the Standby was set by another user).
- Only use the emergency stop if it is absolutely necessary. Do not press the emergency stop button without a valid reason. Doing so may damage the charging station.
- Do not interrupt the charging of other users. It is strictly forbidden to press the emergency stop button during active charging via the DC port if another user is charging.
- Do not remove the charging gun while charging. Never remove the charging cable while another user is actively charging. Doing so may damage the equipment and disrupt the charging process.
1.2. Rules for connecting equipment:
- During the charging session, do not press the connector against any foreign objects.
- Do not pull or tug on the cable while charging.
- Do not connect the charging cable to ports that have the status "Repair", "Unavailable" or "Backup" (if the Backup was supplied by another user).
- Before connecting the connector to the vehicle, be sure to check the status of the corresponding port in the mobile application.
- The charging station is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 who do not have a driver's licence.
1.3. Avoiding moisture and overheating
- Charging is possible even in the rain, but direct contact with wet elements should be avoided.
1.4. Порядок надання послуги заряджання електромобіля
1.4.1. Перед початком зарядної сесії Користувач зобов’язаний ознайомитися в мобільному застосунку “ECOFACTOR Network” з параметрами надання послуги, а саме:
максимальною потужністю (кВт), що може надавати відповідний порт зарядної станції;
вартістю послуги (за фактично спожитий кВт·год);
наявністю та розміром плати за простій (у разі її застосування).
1.4.2. Потужність зарядки електромобіля визначається комплексом факторів, у тому числі:
технічними можливостями конкретної зарядної станції;
кількістю одночасно підключених транспортних засобів (на більшості станцій реалізовано динамічний розподіл потужності між портами);
характеристиками та обмеженнями, встановленими виробником електромобіля (температура та стан батареї, алгоритми захисту тощо).
1.4.3. Швидкість зарядки батареї може знижуватися при рівні її зарядженості нижче 10% або вище 60–80%. Це є стандартним режимом роботи систем керування батареєю, спрямованим на збереження її ресурсу та запобігання перезаряду.
1.4.4. Показники обсягу спожитої енергії у мобільному застосунку “ECOFACTOR Network” формуються на основі даних сертифікованого вимірювального обладнання. Водночас відображені автомобілем значення можуть відрізнятися у зв’язку з витратами енергії на власні потреби транспортного засобу (системи охолодження, електроніка тощо).
1.4.5. Користувач може у будь-який момент керувати зарядною сесією (зупиняти чи продовжувати) через мобільний застосунок. При цьому швидкість заряджання може змінюватися залежно від стану батареї електромобіля та умов його експлуатації: як правило, чим активніше автомобіль використовується та чим більше циклів заряд–розряд пройдено, тим вище здатність батареї приймати струм у допустимих межах, визначених виробником.
2. 2.responsibilities of persons using the equipment and charging their electric vehicles.
2.1. Parking:
- Park your car according to the markings near the charging station.
- If there are no markings, position the vehicle so that other users can access the charging station.
2.2. Charging time:
- When the charging session is over, make room for other users.
2.3 Use of parking spaces:
- Parking spaces near charging stations are intended exclusively for charging vehicles. It is prohibited to use them for regular parking.
2.4 If the examination establishes that the physical damage to the charging station was caused by the user, the user who caused the damage to the charging station shall be liable for compensation.
