1.1. Our mission is to provide quality service for electric vehicle owners, and we want you to feel safe and trust using the application

2.2. Cookies. We use cookies to personalise the application, provide analytics, and save your settings. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

3.1. The collected personal data may be used for the following purposes:

  1. Administration of a mobile application;
  2. Providing access to charging, booking and payment functions;
  3. Personalise the functionality to your preferences;
  4. Providing the services you have requested;
  5. Sending service messages, receipts, and checks;
  6. Sending push notifications;
  7. Sending marketing messages (with your consent);
  8. Sending SMS or messages via messengers (with your consent);
  9. Providing impersonal statistical information to partners;
  10. Responding to support requests;

3.2. You can manage your privacy settings in the application (for example, hide your phone number or turn off marketing messages).

  2. Partners who provide charging services (if you used their station or reservation);
  3. Payment providers - to process transactions;
  4. Authorised state bodies - if required by law;

5.1. Your data may be stored or processed on servers outside of your country of residence, including in the EU and the USA.
