Today, we receive many requests for an increase in charging tariffs at certain stations.

What you need to know about these changes:

Charging rates are set by the owner of the charging station (network operator). ECOFACTOR does not "raise" prices, we reflect the conditions that the operator sets for its locations.

In January 2026, the cost of electricity on market terms increased for businesses. In particular, the NEURC decided to increase the price caps, which came into effect on 17 January 2026. This directly affects the cost of electricity for commercial consumers.
The resolution can be found at at the link.

The market is also reviewing certain components of tariffs and services for legal consumers in 2026, which ultimately affects the final price for businesses that buy electricity at free prices.

What it means in practice:

  • At some locations, tariffs can change quite quickly - this is a general market trend.
  • We, for our part, promptly update the tariff display in the app so that you have the correct information before you start charging.

Tip:
Before starting the session, check the tariff in the station card in the app - it is always displayed as of the start time.

Thank you for your messages, they help us to respond faster and maintain transparency of information in the app.
