Yes, our stations support standard charging connectors. For slow AC charging: Type 1, Type 2, GB/T, and CHAdeMO. For fast DC charging: CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T DC, and NACS DC. In the app, you can filter stations by the connector type that suits your vehicle.
Registering in the ECOFACTOR app gives you access to all features: station search, charging activation, payment, and charging history.
You can order an RFID card through our app or website. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
If a station is not working, contact our support team through the app. We operate 24/7 and will help resolve the issue or find the nearest alternative. The in-app map also displays the status of each station — you can instantly see which stations are available and plan your route in advance.
In the ECOFACTOR app, you can top up your balance with a bank card (Visa, Mastercard). Auto charge is also available — you set up a card and amount, and the balance is automatically replenished when it falls below the minimum threshold you’ve set.
