Now you can book a charging station in advance and guarantee access to charging at a convenient time.
Simple, fast, no prepayment.
In the ECOFACTOR mobile app you can now book a time slot to charge your car.

Stations with this feature are marked with a special icon.

A booking guarantees the station will be available at your chosen time.

You can start charging with or without a prior booking — if the slot is free.
Right now no prepayment is required for booking — you can book even with a zero balance.
How to make a booking
2. Tap "Book"
Find the booking button on the station details screen.
3. Choose a time
In the calendar, select the day, start time and charging duration.
4. Confirm
Check the details and confirm your booking. You will see the message: "Slot booked successfully".
How to cancel a booking

Open the bookings section
Tap the "Booking" icon on the home screen.

Select a booking
A list of your active bookings will open.

Cancel the booking
Choose the one you need and tap "Cancel booking".

Confirm
Confirm the action — the system will cancel the booking without any penalties.
Start charging without a booking
If you arrived at a station without a prior booking:

Tap "Start charging"
Choose the quick start option on the station screen. -
Set the duration
Set the session duration (minimum 10 minutes, maximum — until the next booking). -
Start charging
You will get the confirmation "Charging started successfully".
If the station is free, you can start charging instantly without a prior booking. Especially handy for spontaneous trips and urgent situations.
Good to know
No editing
A booking cannot be edited — you can only cancel it and create a new one.
Automatic cancellation
If a booking is not used, it is cancelled 15 minutes after the start time.
Offline stations
If a station is offline, the system will show a warning that it may be unavailable.
Number of bookings
You can have a maximum of two active bookings in the calendar (created but not yet used).
Booking duration
Booking time may vary — from 1 to 12 hours depending on the station's power.
No penalties
Cancelling a booking is always free, with no fines or penalties.
