Now you can book a charging station in advance and guarantee access to charging at a convenient time.
Simple, fast, no prepayment.
In the ECOFACTOR mobile app you can now book a time slot to charge your car.

Stations where this feature is available are marked with a special icon.

Booking guarantees that the station will be free at the selected time.

You can start charging with a prior booking, or without one — if the slot is free.
Right now no prepayment is required for booking — you can book even with a zero balance.
How to make a booking
2. Tap «Book»
Find the booking button on the station details screen.
3. Pick a time
In the calendar, choose the day, start time and duration of charging.
4. Confirm
Check the details and confirm the booking. You will see: «Slot successfully booked».
How to cancel a booking

Open the bookings section
On the main screen, tap the «Booking» icon.

Choose a booking
A list of your active bookings will open.

Cancel the booking
Pick the one you need and tap «Cancel booking».

Confirm
Confirm the action — the system will cancel the booking without any penalty.
Start charging without a booking
If you arrived at a station without a prior booking:

Tap «Start charging»
Pick the quick-start option on the station screen. -
Set the duration
Choose the session duration (minimum 10 minutes, maximum — up to the next booking). -
Start charging
You will get a «Charging started successfully» confirmation.
If the station is free, you can start charging instantly without a prior booking. Especially handy for spontaneous trips and urgent situations.
Good to know
Editing is not possible
A booking cannot be edited — only canceled and recreated.
Automatic cancellation
If a booking is not used, it is canceled 15 minutes after its start time.
Offline stations
If a station is offline, the system will warn you that there is a risk of unavailability.
Number of bookings
You may have at most two active bookings (created but not yet used).
Booking duration
Booking duration may vary — from 1 to 12 hours depending on the station power.
No penalties
Cancelling a booking is always free, with no penalties or sanctions.
