Rules for Using Charging Stations via the Mobile App

1. Station Filtering
Before starting a charge, make sure to set the appropriate filters (filter icon in the app) so that only stations with ports compatible with your vehicle are displayed on the map.

2. Checking Station Status by Color
Pay attention to the color of the station marker in the app: a gray color means the station is temporarily out of service. This will help you avoid unnecessary trips.

3. Prohibition of Using Certain Ports
Do not connect the charging cable to ports that have the status “Repair,” “Unavailable,” or “Reserved” (if the reservation was made by another user).

4. Emergency Stop — Only in Case of Real Necessity
Do not press the emergency stop button without a valid reason. This may disrupt the operation of the station.

5. It Is Prohibited to Interrupt Other Users’ Charging
It is strictly prohibited to press the emergency stop button during active charging via the DC port if another user is charging.

6. Do Not Remove the Charging Connector During Charging
It is prohibited to remove the charging cable if another user’s charging session is in progress. This may damage the equipment and disrupt the charging process.

PLEASE NOTE! Before connecting the connector to your vehicle, you must check the status of the corresponding port in the App.
