We’re delighted to share some exciting news: ECOFACTOR has been shortlisted for EV Infrastructure Project of the Year at the Solar & Storage Live Awards 2026.

Why our project stands out: most EV charging infrastructure depends entirely on the grid. Ours doesn’t have to. We pair on-site solar generation with independent charging hubs, giving each location the ability to operate reliably even where grid capacity is constrained or unstable, a design choice that has proven especially valuable in UKRAINE, where energy resilience is essential.

That approach is being scaled to national level: our Ukrainian network will span 52 locations, making it one of the largest deployments of its kind in the country. Alongside this, we’ve already launched solar-powered EV charging installations built specifically for fuel retailer and auto dealership centres, bringing clean, resilient charging directly into the retail environments where drivers already stop.

This recognition comes at a pivotal moment for ECOFACTOR, as we take the model BEYOND UKRAINE:

POLAND. We’re launching our charging network with 300+ stations across urban areas nationwide, powering up where people live.

UNITED KINGDOM. We’re developing vehicle charging hubs across key UK cities, bringing our energy-independent model to one of Europe’s fastest-growing EV markets.

Being shortlisted alongside other organisations shaping the future of energy is a genuine honour. Congratulations to our fellow finalists, we’re looking forward to celebrating the industry’s progress together at the awards.
